Rifah Chamber of Commerce and Industry has successfully organized a seminar on Government Schemes for SME’s (SC/ST & Minorities) which was held on 15th August 2018 at CESA, 1st Floor, Swastik Chamber, Near Marquez Masjid Pipe Road, Kurla. Mumbai – 400 070. TSSIA & COSIA has supported and motivated in arranging and promoting this seminar. This grand Seminar was mainly focusing on the topic of Government Schemes. Prominent Speakers of different government departments like (MSME/DI (Mumbai), National Small Industries Corp., and Join Director of District IndustrGovernment Schemes Introduced to Budding Entrepreneurs
The Vote of Thanks was extended by Mr. Abdul Salam Malik, Director of Rifah Chamber of Commerce and Industry.ies MMR) shared their expertise to the Business Community of mainly Mumbai,Thane and other parts of Maharashtra in this three hours program. This was the Fifth Lecture of the Lecture series started by Rifah Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The program started with the recitation of the Holy Quran followed by Mr. Farooque Baig, Member of Rifah Mumbai Local Body.
Mr. Salahuddin Ahmad, COO of Rifah Chamber of Commerce and Industry has put the light on the vision of Rifah and also informed how we are implementing it. He also gave several suitable examples on how Rifah Chamber of Commerce and Industry members are getting benefitted for their businesses.
Mr. A.K Ghokhe, Director of MSME/DI (Mumbai) gave a brief introduction on MSMSE Schemes like Benefits of ZED, ZED Rating Levels, My MSMSE App etc. Mr. Narendra Estolkar, Deputy Director of MSME/DI (Mumbai) continued with the same and has given detail presentation on MSME schemes. It was a powerful lecture in which they gave valuable tips and information where individual entrepreneur should know their rights of Government Schemes and requested to approach them with any related query or concern, which was so kind and helpful for people’s in terms of increasing their knowledge about Government Schemes. Q&A session was done as well.
After which Mr. Chiro Sumit & Mr. Kuldip Mishra both are Deputy Manager of National Small Industries Corp. gave an information on NSIC Schemes in which they together covered total - 8 NSIC Schemes (4 schemes each). Q&A session was done where businessmen interacted with the speaker.
Later on Mr. Milind Mohod, Industries Officer (Join Director of District Industries MMR) spoke about State & Central Government Schemes in which he informed how those who are educated and unemployed can get a job as well he also confirmed those who are businessman can also avail this scheme benefit, following with certain criteria. Q&A session was also done where businessmen had clarified their doubts with the speaker.
Last but the not the least panel discussion was conducted with all the respected Government officers in which audience got to know how valuable is government documents in terms of running their business smooth and stable, how to get benefitted with Finance & Subsidies after submitting their proposal of business etc, which was very important for micro, small & medium class businessmen.
The program ended up with the Vote of thanks given by Mr. Abdul Salam Malik, Director of Rifah Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
