The First Business Networking Meeting of RIFAH Chamber of Commerce & Industries – Shivamogga Chapter was successfully conducted on Saturday, *08 August 2026, at Hotel Zaatar, Shivamogga.*
The meeting received an unexpected and overwhelming response, with approximately *105* members and guests attending the programme. The strong participation reflected the enthusiasm and growing interest among entrepreneurs to connect, collaborate, and build a stronger business community through RIFAH.
*Proceedings of the Meeting*
The programme commenced with a warm welcome to all the participants, followed by an introduction to the objectives and vision of the RIFAH Shivamogga Chapter.
The Educational Session was delivered by *Mr. Ahamed Shareef* of Unitech Security Systems, who shared valuable insights and practical knowledge with the participants.
This was followed by the Business Presentation by *Mr. Mohammed Fazil* , GLS Displays and State Secretary, RCCI–Karnataka, who highlighted the importance of business networking, collaboration, referrals, and creating opportunities among entrepreneurs.
The programme was hosted by *Mr. Akif Ameen* , Multi Business Entrepreneur, with coordination and support from *Mr. Syed Abdul Ahad, Convener, and Mr. F Nayaz, Event Organizer.*
*Participation & Networking*
The meeting witnessed active participation from entrepreneurs and business members. Approximately 85 participants remained engaged and listened continuously until the conclusion of the programme, demonstrating the high level of interest and commitment among the attendees.
The gathering provided an excellent platform for members to introduce themselves, understand each other's businesses, exchange ideas, and explore potential collaborations and referrals.
**Namaz Arrangement & Extended Timings*

The programme timings were extended slightly due to the arrangement made for Namaz during the meeting. The necessary arrangements were accommodated without affecting the overall flow and purpose of the programme.
Despite the extension in timings, the programme proceeded smoothly and concluded on a very positive note.

The First Business Networking Meeting was considered a highly successful programme, particularly in view of the unexpected attendance of 105 participants and the sustained engagement of around 85 members until the end.
