1. Opening & Qirat
The monthly business meeting commenced with Qirat by Mr. Dada Peer, setting a positive and meaningful tone for the gathering.
2. Welcome & Rifah Introduction
The meeting was hosted and coordinated by Mr. Umar Sayeed, Convenor, who welcomed all the members and facilitated the proceedings of the meeting.
3. President’s Address
Mr. Yahya Khan Sahib, Chapter President, shared his thoughts on the growth and development of Rifah Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
He also briefed the members about the upcoming Inter-District Meeting, sharing important ideas, plans and expectations for the event scheduled for the coming month.
4. Annual Accounts Presentation
Mr. Ghouse Peer, Treasurer, presented the complete annual accounts, providing a month-wise overview of the chapter’s financial activities and accounts for the year.
5. Business Shared & Referrals
During the meeting, members recorded:
* Business Shared: ₹12,00,850/-
* Upcoming Referrals: 8
The members appreciated the continued efforts towards creating business opportunities and strengthening mutual referrals within the Rifah network.
6. Business Presentations
Two business presentations were delivered during the meeting:
Mr. Vazeer Ahmed, Proprietor of Tumkur Diesels (Bosch Dealer), gave an informative presentation about his business, products and services.
Mr. Shahan, representing Mr. Muzammil Pasha / Evergreen Logistics & Transport, also presented his business and explained the services offered by the organization.
Both presentations provided members with an opportunity to understand each other’s businesses and explore potential collaboration.
7. Overall Meeting
The meeting was conducted in a positive and engaging atmosphere, with active participation from the members. The discussions focused on business networking, referrals, collaboration and the upcoming activities of Rifah Tumkur Chapter.
A total of 30 members attended the meeting, contributing to a productive and meaningful gathering.
8. Conclusion
The meeting concluded on a positive note with a Networking Dinner followed by Dua, giving members an opportunity to continue their business interactions and strengthen relationships.
Overall, the meeting was successfully conducted with valuable discussions, business presentations, financial transparency, referrals and networking among the members.
