 A Business Scale up Lecture Series was held on 06th May 2018 at Guru Dutt Shadi Hall, Near “T” Junction, Koliwada, Dharavi. Mumbai – 400 017. This grand Business Scale Up Lecture Series was organized by Rifah Chamber of Commerce and Industry with Ebay as Knowledge Partner of the event. This was the Third Lecture of the Lecture series started by Rifah Chamber of Commerce and Industry targeting businessmen who are facing challenges scaling up their businesses. This Lecture was focusing mainly on the topic how to Improve Sales of the Company. The program started with the recitation of the Holy Quran followed by Mr. Salahuddin Ahmad, COO of Rifah Chamber of Commerce and Industry. This three hours program was divided into two sessions. In the first session two topics was covered, The journey of Rifah Chamber of Commerce and How to sell on Ebay while in the second session, audience benefited from the guidance on how to Improve Sales of Your Company. Mr. Salahuddin Ahmad, addressed the audience on the topic Rifah Presentation. He also gave several suitable examples on how Rifah Chamber of Commerce and Industry's members are getting benefitted in their businesses. Later on Mr. Sunny Kumar Regional Manager of www. Ebay.in Mumbai who gave a presentation on How To Sell Products Online using eBay platform. Q&A session was also done where businessmen interacted with the speaker.

Second Session of the program started after the break with the most awaited lecture of Mr. Mirza Afzal Baig (General Secretary of Rifah Chamber of Commerce and Industry) on how to Improve Sales of Your Company. It was a powerful lecture in which he shared basically three points: Identifying market, to know about customer’s customer requirement and how important it is in business to keep in mind about MAN which is define as MONEY, AUTHORIZED & NEED while dealing with our customer’s. He gave valuable tips & information on how to know the right customer, product etc in a very competitive market and also about customer approach, which was the guidance for people in terms of increasing the sales of the company. Q&A session was also done where Mr. Mirza Afzal Baig gave some suitable answers to businessmen’s and on how to overcome with the coming challenges to become a successful businessman. The program ended up with the Vote of thanks given by Mr. Salahuddin Ahmad.
