| Description | RIFAH Tumkur UMEED Chapter Monthly Business Meet – Report Date: 30 July 2026 ⸻ Meeting Overview The RIFAH Tumkur UMEED Chapter Monthly Business Meet was successfully conducted with enthusiastic participation from entrepreneurs, professionals, business owners, and aspiring entrepreneurs. The meeting served as a dynamic platform for networking, knowledge sharing, business referrals, and collaboration, further strengthening the vision of creating a vibrant business ecosystem in Tumakuru. ⸻ Self Business Introduction Session The meeting commenced with a Self Business Introduction Session, where every member and visitor introduced themselves and their respective businesses. This interactive session enabled participants to understand each other’s products and services, identify collaboration opportunities, and build meaningful business relationships. ⸻ Special Address The meeting was honoured by the presence of Mr. Tajuddin Sharif, State Secretary – BizPole, RIFAH Karnataka. He shared valuable insights from the recently concluded “Mission Millionaire”, a two-day state-level business workshop organized by the RIFAH Gulbarga Unit. He presented the key takeaways from the workshop, highlighting practical business strategies, entrepreneurial mindset, wealth creation principles, and personal development, encouraging members to implement these learnings in their own businesses. ⸻ Chief Guest & Education Session Mr. Fayaz Ahmad Tonse Co-Founder & Managing Director Topic: AI for SMEs (Artificial Intelligence for Small & Medium Enterprises) Mr. Fayaz Ahmad Tonse delivered an outstanding PowerPoint presentation on “AI for SMEs.” During his session, he demonstrated how Artificial Intelligence is transforming modern businesses and how small and medium enterprises can leverage AI to automate routine operations, increase productivity, improve customer engagement, and accelerate business growth by 10x to 50x. He also introduced practical AI tools and automation systems that entrepreneurs can integrate into their businesses to reduce manual effort, save valuable time, make better decisions, and build efficient AI-powered business processes. ⸻ Business Presentations Mr. Salim Firdosh Founder & CEO – eSmart Global Academy Mr. Salim Firdosh presented the services offered by eSmart Global Academy, explaining the various tuition programs, educational courses, and skill development opportunities available for students and professionals. Mr. Mehboob Shakir Co-Founder – Future Energetic Solution Mr. Mehboob Shakir introduced Future Energetic Solution, a solar energy company. He explained how investing in solar energy systems enables individuals and businesses to generate clean energy while supplying surplus electricity to the government, creating an additional and sustainable source of income. ⸻ Meeting Convener Mr. ShahRukh Mohammed Proprietor – Siroi Swimming Pool & Indus Rock Crusher Mr. ShahRukh Mohammed efficiently convened the entire meeting with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm. His excellent coordination ensured that every session was conducted smoothly while maintaining active engagement throughout the program. ⸻ Business Closing & Referral Session The Business Closing and Referral Session was conducted by: Mr. Mohammed Umar Sayeed Founder & CEO – Blooms Academy and Dr. Mudassir Habib Joint Secretary – RIFAH Tumkur UMEED Chapter They presented the business achievements of the members for the previous month and facilitated the referral exchange session for the upcoming month, encouraging members to strengthen business collaborations and generate quality referrals through the RIFAH platform. ⸻ Business Statistics * Total Members Present: 45 These achievements demonstrate the growing strength of the RIFAH business community and the value generated through consistent networking, trust, and collaboration. ⸻ President’s Address & Vision The meeting concluded with an inspiring address by Mr. Yahya Khan, President – RIFAH CCI Tumkur UMEED Chapter, Proprietor – BR Indian Gas & Service and Proprietor – BR Infra Projects. He introduced the participants to the vision and structure of RIFAH Chamber of Commerce & Industry at the National, State, and Tumkur Chapter levels, while presenting the leadership team of the Tumkur UMEED Chapter. He further shared the chapter’s vision based on the Nine-Point Programme introduced by the State President, Janab Syed Mumtaz Mansoori Sahib. Out of these, the Tumkur UMEED Chapter has adopted the following five key initiatives: 1. Business Benchmark Visits The leadership team will visit six of the most successful businesses in Tumakuru to understand the factors behind their success. The insights and best practices gathered during these visits will be shared with all members, enabling them to strengthen and improve their own businesses. 2. Formation of a Women’s Business Wing A dedicated Women’s Business Team will be established within the Tumkur UMEED Chapter to encourage and support women entrepreneurs through networking, mentorship, and business development initiatives. 3. Friday Awareness Initiative on Business in Islam Awareness sessions on “Tijarat in Islam” will be organized in five mosques across Tumakuru through Friday (Jumma) sermons. Relevant guidance and key discussion points will be shared with Imams and Khateebs to promote ethical business practices in Islam. 4. Financial Guidance & Business Compliance Workshop A comprehensive workshop will be organized covering essential topics such as GST, taxation, accounting, banking, financial discipline, statutory compliance, and practical business management to help entrepreneurs build sustainable businesses. 5. Government Schemes, Grants & Tenders The chapter will actively create awareness among members regarding government grants, subsidies, minority entrepreneur schemes, business support programmes, and government tender opportunities to help members benefit from available resources. During his address, Mr. Yahya Khan also shared inspiring examples from the business life of Hazrat Usman Ghani (RA), highlighting his honesty, ethics, generosity, and excellence in trade. He explained how business interactions and commercial dealings during the era of the Sahabah were built on trust, integrity, and service to society, inspiring members to adopt these timeless principles in their own entrepreneurial journey. ⸻ Felicitation Ceremony As a token of gratitude and appreciation, Mr. Fayaz Ahmad Tonse, the Chief Guest, and Mr. Tajuddin Sharif, State Secretary – BizPole, RIFAH Karnataka, were felicitated by the RIFAH Tumkur UMEED Chapter.
