EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The Tijarat Premier League (TPL) 2026 – Season 2 was successfully organized by the Rifah Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Davangere Chapter, as a unique initiative combining sports, entrepreneurship, networking, leadership, patriotism, and community building. The tournament brought together 12 teams, entrepreneurs, business leaders, professionals, sponsors, players, members, and supporters. TPL was conceived not merely as a cricket tournament, but as a platform where business relationships could be strengthened through sports, teamwork, fellowship, and shared experiences. --- 2. INAUGURATION & OPENING CEREMONY The event commenced with the recitation of the Holy Qur’an by Mr. Abrar Muyeen Beig, Vice President, Rifah Chamber of Commerce & Industry – Davangere Chapter. The recitation set a meaningful tone and emphasized the values of integrity, discipline, unity, responsibility, and ethical conduct. Following the recitation, the National Anthem of India was sung with respect and patriotic spirit by the guests, members, players, sponsors, and participants. The opening ceremony reflected the values of faith, patriotism, unity, entrepreneurship, and community. --- 3. CELEBRATING 80 YEARS OF INDEPENDENCE TPL Season 2 was organized in the spirit of celebrating 80 years of India’s Independence. The event provided an opportunity to celebrate the nation's journey while reflecting on the responsibility of entrepreneurs towards the country's future.
