Entrepreneur Discovery Program in Mumbra Draws 270 Aspiring Business Leaders
A Day of Practical Learning, Entrepreneurial Mindset & Community Empowerment
MUMBRA, MAHARASHTRA – August 9, 2026 — With the guiding philosophy of “Building Future Entrepreneurs, Strengthening Communities,” the Entrepreneur Discovery Program successfully concluded today at the AQSA Community Center, Kausa, Mumbra, witnessing an exceptional response from the community.
Of the 300 participants who registered, an impressive 270 aspiring entrepreneurs, professionals, and graduates attended the program, demonstrating the growing interest in entrepreneurship, business ownership, and career development within the community.
The intensive day-long program was conducted from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and was an initiative of the RIFAH Chamber of Commerce and Industry, organized by the Youth Movement of Maharashtra in collaboration with the Working Professionals Forum, Mumbra.
Designed specifically for fresh graduates, working professionals considering a career transition, and aspiring business owners, the program focused on helping participants move beyond simply having business ideas toward understanding how to identify opportunities, evaluate business potential, select the right business, and develop an entrepreneurial mindset.
Distinguished Speakers & Expert Sessions
The program featured experienced professionals and thought leaders who delivered practical and insightful sessions:
- Khalid Kamal Rumi (IIM Indore | Ex-CMO, The Indus Valley) delivered an engaging session on “Business Opportunity Discovery.” Drawing on his corporate and marketing experience, he introduced participants to practical frameworks for identifying market gaps, understanding consumer problems, evaluating opportunities, and transforming ideas into viable business models.
- Abdul Bar Asri (Founder, Al Qur'an Academy) addressed “Business from the Islamic Perspective,” highlighting the importance of honesty, trust, fairness, ethical conduct, and halal practices as foundational principles of sustainable business.
- CA. Mahejabeen Bamne (Proprietor, M.N Bamne & Co. | CA | IICA) led a thought-provoking session on “Employment to Entrepreneurship Mindset,” helping participants understand the transition from an employment-oriented mindset toward a growth and ownership mindset.
- Dr. Mohd. Aslam Alig (National Joint Secretary, RIFAH Chamber of Commerce & Industry) presented an actionable “Business Selection Framework,” giving participants a structured approach to evaluating and selecting suitable business opportunities.
